Axis Bank Foundation has partnered with Kalanjiam Foundation to restore the livelihoods of 15,000 households affected by floods in Idukki district with a focus on women Self Help Groups (SHGs) and other community collectives.

The project would focus on supporting households with house construction, repairs of homes destroyed in the floods, providing initial support by distribution of relief materials. This would help households to restart their normal life and restore their livelihoods through forming SHGs, community collectives and strengthening them through capacity building measures.
